Ofir is an interaction design researcher. He coordinates the BA Prototype and Studio courses and the MA Final Project course. He is a PhD candidate at the faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion. Ofir holds a M.Sc in Interactive Arts and Technology from Simon Fraser University, Canada and a BA in Psychology from the Reichman University.
His research interest is designing and evaluating new interactions created by Tangible User Interfaces. Ofir is especially interested in leveraging evidence-based strategies from the field of psychology and designing tangible interfaces to enhance communication and relationship within intimate relationships.
