Noa is the associate director of milab and heads the social and ethical aspects of technologies in our research. Following the completion of her master’s degree in interactive telecommunications (ITP) at NYU, Noa worked in the industry in creating interactive content, including the development of games and original interactive content for HBO and later for the Children Channel TV in Israel.
Noa is interested in the impact of technologies on a societal level, understanding how design of new technologies can enhance and not compromise the human aspect.

Noa has completed her PhD Doctorate from Bar-Ilan university in the Science and Technology Studies program on the The Maker Movement in Israel.
