ABC is a smart car voice recognition system for managing critical minutes after a car accident. The system is activated immediately moments after the crash and conducts a voice call to determine the severity of the injury according to the ABC medical diagnosis method. The system detects the airway, breathing and heart rate. In addition, the system performs physical examination using sensors on the belt and reporting pain level. During the test, the system sends the information to MDA with technical details on precise location and time of injury.

How does it work?

ABC is an application that is integrated into the vehicle’s media system and displays textual questions that accompany voice prompts. Using cloud technology, the system generates a voice call with the driver and analyzes the answers received. In addition, the system includes a pulse sensor, an accelerometer and a microphone to diagnose heart rate, respiratory quality and heart rate. The location of the accident was saved and sent to MDA’s switchboard.
